Prerequisite: Students are required to have a minimum 2.0 unweighted GPA and must have passed both the Reading and Math sections of the FCAT.
  
In addition to the concepts and content of the above listed courses, students in Senior Project are required to do the following:
  
Identify a cause or concern in the community where they would like to make a difference, develop an essential question regarding that cause or concern, develop a project that works towards solving the problem of the above cause or concern, and present results to a panel of peers, teachers, parents and community members in the spring of their senior year.
  
Students will have the opportunity to spend time in the community working toward the completion of their project.
